monthly nutrition lecture with option to include healthy lunch
I will spend 2-4 hours per week at your company to provide private nutrition counseling for employees. (individuals schedule independently)
More hours available for an additional cost.
WORKPLACE RETREATS
Small Group retreats (6-12 attendees): I completely organize the weekend retreat. Accommodations, meals, 1 massage for each attendee and daily yoga.
I can also join your larger, pre-arranged company retreat to provide yoga instruction and nutrition counseling.
