RETREATS

Warrior-Flow retreats offer everything you need for the perfect getaway. I offer regional (Pacific Northwest) weekend retreats as well as longer international excursions. For each retreat I select a beautiful location to offer an ideal backdrop to relax into the experience.  Warrior-Flow retreats  include delicious and nourishing food, yoga, relaxation and sometimes even a bit of adventure.   I am also available to design a private retreat for your company or a group of friends. Private groups can also opt to include nutrition counseling, massage, and group fitness.

Journey to Nepal 2016

On this magical journey we explored Kathmandu, hiked the majestic Himalayas, practiced yoga, meditated, and raised money for a remote village heavily impacted by the 2015 earthquake. We had the opportunity to stay in this village as guests and get to know some of the residents. This entire experience deeply touched my heart and although this was my first time to Nepal, I knew I would return.

Journey to: Nepal 2019

Explore the ancient city of Katmandu, hike the majestic Himalayas, stay at mountain tea houses, practice daily yoga, and assist with earthquake relief in one of the hardest hit areas of Nepal. You will deepen your joy, gratitude, and human connection on this amazing adventure! As part of this journey we will take yoga off the mat and assist a community in the Dhading region that was greatly impacted by the recent earthquakes. Rebuilding is a long and difficult process in communities with limited funds. Children are among the hardest hit in natural disasters and we have the opportunity to make a direct impact. In addition the volunteering some of our time, you have the option to make a donation to a school in one of the villages called Achane Bhanjyang.

Journey To: Northern India

It was a fabulous 2 week adventure including a 6 day trek in the Himalayas! Participants enjoyed twice daily yoga and we had the opportunity to meet with Tibetan Monks from the Dali Lama's temple. We also explored the Taj Mahal and the Golden Temple.

"Traveling to Nepal is a journey that can take you down so many roads. Having the unique opportunity to experience hiking in the Himalayas a small remote village and interact with the beautiful people and animals who live there is a chance of a lifetime. Jennifer and our Nepalese hosts will do anything to make your experience the very best it can be. I recommend this trip for anyone who carries a spark of adventure and a curious mind. You will be amazed at how open your heart can become to give and receive both during and long after this life changing  opportunity."

“The yoga retreat in Sardinia Italy was an amazing experience. The island was beautiful, the activities were a blast for everyone, the rooms were delightful, and Jennifer’s yoga classes were energizing and fun! I really enjoyed the trip and the classes gave me so much energy to do the activities including but not limited to boating, snorkeling, biking, wine tasting, site seeing, going out to eat, and socializing with others on the retreat. The people were friendly and welcoming and Jennifer’s kindness was felt by all. I will definitely be going on a retreat with her in the future. Thanks for putting this retreat together Jennifer. It was the best that I have attended!”

"I went on the warrior-flow goddess retreat seeking a relaxing getaway weekend with a focus on self-care, and got that and much more. The trip was easy, fun, and most importantly, healing and educational. There were incredibly healthy, whole-food meals that were thoughtfully crafted and delicious. And the amount of yoga classes were just right, very meditative with a good balance of vigor and restoration. Jennifer is so fun to be around and she encourages me to challenge myself and better myself from a place of genuine compassion rather than competition and comparison and that translated pleasantly to the community of women on the retreat. The writing sessions were catalysts for personal development and understanding that helped me get to know myself better, where some great bonds were established, and some deeper questions were pondered and revealed. I would recommend this weekend retreat to any goddess seeking community, growth and self-care. I loved it!"

"I just had a birthday, and I feel like all I do is work and work out. I was thinking “I need a vacation!” That’s when a close friend of mine asked me to join her in this trip to India with Jennifer. I had been taking the boxing class with Jennifer for almost 7 months, but I had never really thought of traveling to India.  For some reason the excitement in my friend's voice and the fact that Jen will be leading this trip just kept me from thinking "why the heck not?!". I did my own little research and sat down with Jen with my questions and doubts with going to this trip. The thing with Jen is, she doesn't just answer your questions, she makes sure you fully understand the what, where, how and when. It literally just took me a couple of days to decide, and the answer was a glorifying "yes, I'm going to India!

So March 2014 came and a few thousand miles later, we finally landed in India. This by far is one of the most exciting, amazing and mesmerizing trip I had ever been a part off. First I was really impressed with the planning and the communication through out the whole trip. We landed, and our guide was there and ready to take us to our hotel. The guides were simply one of the nicest people you could ever ask for to lead your way into this beautiful country. We hiked and trekked the Himalayas for the first week, and I 'm pretty sure that took care of my work out routines for a good month or so! I've never seen so much beautiful scenery, explored such a  different, oh and off course enjoyed every single meal on this trip was amazing!  On the last leg of the trip we traveled around India by van to see the Taj Mahal, and the Golden Temple! Jen made sure we were always taken care off! So whenever I get asked, how was it? My simple reply is always "a beautiful madness" If you ever get a chance to do a retreat with Jen, I will, without doubt or hesitation tell you to, do yourself a favor and "GO DO IT!" It's an adventure that you will definitely remember for the rest of your life! I know I will!"
