Personal training and Warrior-Flow Workouts from the comfort of your own home! I’m here to offer wholistic Wellness coaching to help you stay healthy and fit no matter what is going on around us.

Classes can be done in real time or you can watch the recording when it’s convenient for you. Warrior-Flow Workouts will be offered via zoom and feature various modalities. I draw from my experience in kickboxing, yoga and fitness training to create fun and energetic workouts that you can do anywhere. They are perfect for when you want to workout but can’t get to the gym AND for travel. Warrior-Flow Workouts utilize minimal equipment and include cardio, strength and flexibility training.

One on one training is a great way to get accountability and customized workouts to suit your needs. When you sign up for Warrior-Flow online training you can choose between meeting one or twice a week. But the support doesn’t stop there. Our weekly or bi-weekly workouts will be sent to you so you can have access to them down the road. This means you can build your own fitness library with my support. Exercise is only part of the equation; how we fuel our body is also an important part of wellness and I will also guide you in this part of the journey. I will create a nutrition plan that works for you and will help you take an incremental approach to reaching your health and fitness goals. You will also receive a daily check in to make sure you are staying on track with your fitness and nutrition goals.

Membership options for Warrior-Flow Wellness:

  • 2 classes per week + 1 one on one session per week : $190/month

  • 2 classes per week + 2 one on one sessions per week : $370/month

  • 1 one on one session per week: $180/month

  • 2 one on one session per week: $360/month

    (One on one sessions can be done on line or outside in an open space)
